1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Anablock CRM and its related services (“Service”) operated by Anablock Inc. (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Anablock CRM is an AI-powered customer relationship management platform that provides contact management, email integration (Gmail), calendar integration (Calendly), AI-assisted outreach, pipeline management, and related business productivity tools.

3. User Accounts

3.1. Registration

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3.2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3.3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations
• Send spam, unsolicited commercial email, or harassing communications
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service

4. Google Workspace Integration

The Service integrates with Google APIs, including Gmail and Google Contacts, to provide email sending, inbox management, and contact synchronization features. By connecting your Google account, you authorize us to access your Gmail data solely to provide these features as described in our Privacy Policy.

Our use of Google user data is limited to the purposes described in this agreement and our Privacy Policy, and complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

5. Credits and Payment

5.1. Free Credits

New accounts receive 10,000 AI credits at no cost. Credits are consumed when using AI-powered features such as the CRM Assistant, email generation, and contact enrichment.

5.2. Paid Credits

Additional credits may be purchased through the Service. All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law.

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We collect and process your data as described therein.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Anablock Inc. and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Service.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Anablock Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our discretion.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in San Francisco, California.
